New S410 Camera-What Would First Number Be?

Looked at the number on the top right corner when viewing the new 16 picture taken. The number started at 201. Is this a used camera? Why didn't it start at 0001? Concerned, help appreciated, thanks.

My first guess is that the unit had been spot tested for quality control.

As it is an even 200, not 154 or 98 or some 'random' number, it does not seem to have been tried by someone at the store...

Were you using a CF card that had been used previously on another camera? If so, that might explain why the numbering system looked the way it did.
