New S410 Question?

When taking pictures green box/boxes come up some are displaced and there are multiple boxes in some. What is this. Also, if I hit DISP button twice the LCD goes off, is that normal? Thanks.

The green boxes are the AiAF. Pressing the DISP button twice I guess gives you the option of turning off the LCD which is usefull when conserving battery life.
I suggest you break out the manual that came with your camera. It will help you with questions like the above.
