I assume that the main subjet of this shot is the person on the bench? Hardly visible. The shot is too dark and the details in most dark spots are lost. Suggest you crop it in half, losing the left side and brighten it up a bit.

Or, is the main subjet of this shot the person sniffing a flower? Or, what? I think you might have two separate pics going there.

Actually I didn't think about the man as the main character: I think there's not a main character, or if there's, that's just the atmosphere. The man is part of the lansdscape.
Whwn I shot the picture I underexposed it a little in order to get a sort of "skyline" effect and having everything black in the near field...I thought it could be nice. :roll:

Actually the lady sniffing a flower is the statue of a "Madonna with child"! (I hope this is correct english). :shock:

ANyway I will try Your suggestions. Thank You again.

Depends on what you're trying to say with it, doesn't it?

The idea is good but the composition is not OK.

To many "errors":
1. There is a second person at the right edge.
2. One of the lights is partially hidden by the statue.
3. To much empty black space at the bottom.
4. The piece of tree at the upper right side is disturbing.
5. The essence of the statue "Madonna with CHILD" is not clear enough.

If I were you I would not give up the idea and go back (if possible), ask a friend to sit on the bench and try to make the similar picture from different angles.
