I will be doing a main post on the BARC National Championship meeting at Outlon Park a little later, but in the meantime I thought you may appreciate one of the day's incidents. I was standing at exactly the spot he mounted the barrier only 10 minutes before during a Legends heat. I don't know why I decided to swap over to the other side of the track for this race, but I'm pleased I did.

Ouch. Bet that's gonna be expensive to fix!

Total write off. Didn't seem to bother him.
Here he is vaulting the barrier after he got out of the car, something I would find difficult without having a major crash.

Less than 6 races in experience and totalled his car? That doesn't look like a standard mini engine either?
Glad you moved, photogaphers instinct no doubt.

I love how the guy in the tower is just like what ever and then turns away.

Yeah I noticed that, he doesn't seem interested at all!

Water Tower, which is afer the top of Clay Hill about 100m beyond the Yokohama bridge. I was on the outside of Druids.

A shop right around the corner from me builds these mini with Honda Civic Vtec motors. Nice captures though.

Nope, most of them were running Vauxhall motors, one was using a Yamaha R1 engine and was pretty swift too. I was on the inside of Druids and saw the car flip but not where it landed, had me running towards it in case it had gone over and the guys at Watertower needed help. Thankfully, it hadn't and they didn't :)

LOL, the chap in the blue/black jacket in the first few pictures doesn't seem to be particulary interested. Good series.
