Not great quality but for those that like these birds its pretty cool. Since I had to use my only lens at 135mm I had to crop very tight... hence the low resolution. If the Wren's are still in my yard by the end of next week I should have my new 300mm lens in hand. I'll just park my butt on my patio have my camera and a beer handy and wait for feeding time. They're on our patio and seem oblivious to our being there. We never get too close though.

I'm normally not fond of birdfeeders/houses showing in photos but I must comment on how cool and unique this birdhouse is. Is it homemade? Now you got me interested in building one similar to this. :-D

We got it as a gift a few years ago. It's pretty much a bored out birch tree trunk with what you see on the outside. The bore is probably about 4" diameter. The wren's occupy it every spring/summer. One summer we had chickadee's. Fun to watch.
