Looking for someone to help me setup EE on new site

I am looking for someone who can help setup EE (Clean Install)on my new site. I have unzipped EE in /gallery on my site, as stated in "Clean install of EE 1.5 RC4" but, I must be missing a vital part.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

What kind of server do you have? Do you have PHP and MySQL available there?

If you PM me your ftp info, mysql database name and passes, your domain name and folder where you want EE I can come and check how the install goes.
