Capture One Output

Ok, I know that this has been asked before but I can't remember where. When exporting files from Capture One, is it best to output to srgb or Adobe rgb?

Any help would be appreciated!

I export in Adobe RGB and then edit in PS. If the files are destined for web, I will convert to sRGB as the last step. Adobe RGB provides a larger gamut for editing and printing while sRGB is best for screen display.
