Setting Focal Point - 300d

Could somebody tell me how to set a single, or a group of focal points on a 300d? I can't seem to find my manual and I think I need to figure out how to do this. Thanks.

You must be in P, Tv, Av or M mode. Press the top right hand button on back (has pic of focus points above), use dial to select focus piont.
