'71 Malibu SS 454

Eric's '71 Malibu has been updated to the Super Sport. It has the 454cid motor which puts out 500bhp. Trans is a Cottman auto pushing a 3.91 rear end.
He's had it for 6 months, & just finished the motor, so no times yet.

What has happened to cars now a days? It's sad that cars today use the same names as before, but just look so terrible. Mailbu today is just a regular 4 door car, nothing sporty or sexy about it.

I just realized I had called it a Chevelle. Sometimes they look so similar. No sweat, 'cause they are! Correctly, it's a Chevelle Malibu Super Sport. I need to stop shortening the names. Mailbu today is just a regular 4 door car, nothing sporty or sexy about it. Except 34mpg at an average speed of 70mph over a 130 mile trip, half of it on 2-lane roads? ;) I was prepared to dislike my '04, but it's not all that bad. ...years ago I had a 68, Metalic Blue, Black leather, 327.
