Question about privacy

I have thought about this for awhile, why is it that if you choose to not use invisibility mode on here, people can see exactly what you are doing if they click on your public profile, they can even see you are PMing a message to someone or reading a PM message from someone etc.

Is there anyway to disable that without resorting to going completely invisible?

It is creepy, and I'd rather not have to go completely invisible to get around it, but if I have to, I guess I do.

Are you really that paranoid about people looking to see what you are doing on a message forum?

I've known about it thanks to owning my own forum and whatnot before but I have never worried that much about wanting to make me invisible to others...

Yes, some people really do make it their business to see exactly what other people are doing. I"m not sure why they want to, but I know they do.
