Turning G&N off and on?

Is there any way to turn off the links to the G&N forum when clicking on New Posts? But then turn them back on again when I get home, as I don't want to accidentally click on them at work.

I can turn G&N off for any forum account, but I can not for technical reasons give you a setting to do it. You'll just have to check the right hand column in new posts before you open a post.
