I’m a little embarrassed to post this where there are so many Photoshop experts on this site, but hopefully other people are having the same problems and would be interested in the response I get. After I upload the photos from my S50 to Photoshop Elements I have never been able to get as good a set of prints as I could printing directly from my camera to my Canon i560, I can’t even get comparable size dimensions figured out to do borderless printing out of Elements. When I do try it colors change, size is wrong and the prints look terrible as compared to very acceptable prints directly from camera to printer. Would someone be kind enough to walk me thru how to set up Elements to not alter the settings from the camera? (Large fine jpeg). If I had a baseline to work from it would be much easier to try to learn Photoshop. When I first started visiting this site I was told to shoot in Raw, the only way to go. Well to be honest I never got to see some very important shots to me because I could not print them directly from camera to printer and am a novice with Photoshop, they are lost in computer hell forever until I figure this out. Or maybe I should load them to Zoombrowser would that be easier? It does not seem to be that user friendly either though. Sorry for the rant but this 54 year old is frustrated.
