Love the first and last images.

The images in between doesn't do anything for me :-(

My fav is the ballet shoes, though a portrait orientation might have worked to get the heel of the slipper into the image. Great though!

The bench is also very nice.

I get the feeling that someone is in the shoes!

You show a lot of promise! Keep it up.

The first one doesn't do much for me, but I really like all the rest, especially the ballet slippers. You have a great eye and your content is creative. Keep em coming.

I really like the bench, the ballet shoes, and the flower pix. I too am a total hobbiest photographer so it doesn't take too much to please me in the way of a photograph :D I am finding myself starting to appreciate still life photography such as the ones you have taken.

Keep up the good work!

Number two (bench) seems to elicit the most emotional response from me, by far my fav. I really like the overall contrast of the pic.

the green tree is the greatest
has a wizard of oz feeling
then again i am totally hooked on nature and pay little attention to anything else
it is had to predict your audience - we are all such different beings
i other words - listen to us but pay most attention to what YOU like...

hi jessie... my name is jessie 2 :D

i loved the worn out ballet slippers, shows the determination of the ballerina and even shredded they still maintain a grace about them.

with the bench you could have reduced the glare in the window behind with a polarizing filter... if you wish to depends on what story you are trying to tell.... about the filter i need some help there myself.

funny thing is (if you could call it funny, lol), the ballerina was me.

hmm, i don't really know anything about filters, or much about cameras at that. that may be something that i want to look into though.

Love the insect and the ballet slippers! :) I like the black & white shots, but it seems maybe the second two could use just a tiny bit more contrast, much like the first. If you were going for that look exactly, then completely ignore my second sentence. :D Keep up the good work! :)

i see what you mean. with the one of the swing i think it may look better a little darker and with more contrast. maybe i'll work on that today and post it later on. thanks for the replys!

i really like the first one of the light bulb. Have you tried it in B&W??? My second favorite is the fourth one down of the upshot of the tree.
