Here are a couple of pics from a sever thunderstrom that rolled through the Twin Cities last night and earlier today.

This top one was actually taken through a 1/2 inch pane of glass while I was suppose to be working. What the boss doesn't know...

I used a PowerShot A560 in ladscape mode with the flash off.

I like the first one a lot! It looks like you might have had a little motion blur, but thats probably understandable considering the circumstances! A tripod or just resting the camera on a stable object (wall, fence, etc) would probably help with that.

Also, you might get more repsonses if you attach the photos or imbed them in your thread rather than have people follow a link.
