could someone show me a pic with and with out a diffuser

i need your help a sec guys.r..im trying to defuse my canon twin lite but im not sure if its enough or to much..can any one show me pic with and with out a diffuser if its not to much trouble.so i know what to look for when i do mine in a min,

Cant help on this one, I use the on camera flash and adjust the flash exposure comp, if its still harsh , I adjust the highlight contrast in raw shooter essentials.:D
