When I do my PostP on DPP and enlarge the image, my 50% and 100% enlarged images on the monitor come out extremely sharp. Some of these I would like to save at 50 or 100%, then print them at that size. Is there a way to save an image from RAW to JPG to the enlarged size? If they are printed at 8x10 would there be too much noise to have a good print?

I am not sure what you want to do... do you want to print a part of an image? You can save your image at any size you want -- it is easy to crop to do this.

Yes, when I enlarge the photo on my monitor, I want to save it at that size. I guess what I'm asking is how to crop and save in DPP.?

crop the image to the section you want to see / save by pressing ALT+C.
then convert and save the image using CTRL+D
the output image will be cropped section only

giving keyboard shortcuts without an explaination isn't very considerate.
