I find alot of info when I search, just hard to keep everything together. Here is what I want.
1. My own domain name
2. Able to take credit card payments
3. Copywrite protected.
4. Easy to use and cost efficient
5. If possible Self-fullfill and provider fullfill
6. Good amount of storage space
Anything else?
What do you guys suggest.

Don't make the same mistake everyone else does and NOT put an effective keyword in your domain name, when you get one.
Copyright Protection comes from you, on each photo, and a disclaimer at the bottom of each page.
Lots of web hosting companies out there. Millions in fact.
Don't rely on smugmug or one of those sites to advertise for you.
Have a professional design your site, and you'll be much better off. Make sure they understand SEO.

I've used dreamhost.com for a couple of years and they've been good to me so far. I've gone through quite a few different hosting companies and they do some great packages for a reasonable rate.
Only 1 & 6 of your questions really applies to the actual host though...the rest of them are more development questions. Unless you're talking about using something like smugmug where you just upload your photos to a templated site. If that's the case, I'm not too sure then.
