CF Capacities

Anyone know how to tell the remaining capacity on a CF card? I don't have a reader on my desktop system, so would like to be to view the remaining capacity while I'm out taking photos.

Sorry - forgot to mention that I have an S330.

In the Shooting mode, press the DISP button and watch the LCD monitor. The DISP button will cause the LCD monitor to display the viewfinder image, the viewfinder image plus information, and finally turn off the LCD monitor as it is pressed several times. While it is displaying the image and additional information look in the lower right corner of the LCD monitor. The number displayed in the lower right corner of the LCD monitor is the number of remaining images left using the current image size and compression setting.
