under $200.. cuz Im gonna used it to take a wedding photo. (church & reception: place where lighting aren't good)

Are you the only photographer?
Maybe the Canon 420Ex will suit you if you are not.

For that price range the 420EX is the best, for about a hundred more the 550EX is far more versitile

Take a look at the Sigma 500 DG Super. I like mine a lot.

A lot of people like the 420EX (withing the price range, of course).

It's completely unpredictable. Some allow it, and some don't. Two churches, of the same denomination, in the same county, and one allows flash and one doesn't. It tends to be decided by the minister.
