I have it... no pics at the moment, would have to work up something on Wednesday...

I'd check Amazon.com... there are pictures of the divider set...It's entirely adjustable...

Awesome. Thanks to all the replies. So I assume you guys like the quality of the divider set? I really dig the 1510. I might have to sell my 1500 and get that instead. I like the wheeling option.

Awesome. Thanks again...I will consider going that route for sure! If nto the whole 1510 set up, I will get the dividers for my 1500 for now. But eventually I will run out of room and need something bigger.

The divider padding is identical as you see it in the picture above... It's just a slightly different dimension, to conform to the 1500...

I needed my 1500 to fit into a canoe... The next size up was a couple of inches wider and wouldn't fit into the narrow canoe...

The 1500, only accommodates what I need for that day... I certainly can't fit everything in my inventory.

I keep all of my lenses in individual cases...And I actually find it easier to place them into the 1500, in their individual cases, without the dividers...

Therefore, haven't been using the dividers much... However, the functionality of the dividers is excellent... and I'll definitely be using the dividers, with a lot more lenses in the 1500, without each lens being in it's own individual case...

I use a combination of a 1400 with foam and a 1550 with padded dividers. I also keep some wee bits in a small bag inside a drybag. I also carry a Lowepro Rover AII pack and a ThinkTank Digital Holster for day hikes. I usually bring along my tripod and monopod. Below is a pic of my stuff from a week long trip we took a few weeks back.

Batteries, cords, cleaning stuff, etc.

I would definitely go with the padded dividers. Those foam inserts fray and are not easily altered to fit different systems. I have found that the Tenba cases are outstanding or Lightware if your budget permits.

Thanks folks. The pix really help. My dividers will be here today for my 1500 (@ BH for 35 bucks). For now it will fit all my gear, but after seeing the pix above, I'm sure I will update to the 1510 eventually. I will post pix later when I have it all set up. Many thanks for the feedback! Ollie

The only disadvantage I find with dividers over the foam is that they do not hold the contents firmly. Things can fall out of the dividers easier and when bounced about hard contents can shift. This is something to be careful of in a canoe, especially when pounding through larger rapids, or when upside down bouncing on the boulders. ;) I pack the contents in the dividers as tight as I can to help eliminate this and actually put a divider over the top of a lens to hold it from popping out (See in my photo above, the flap ready to fold over to hold in the 17-40, which with its hood on is almost impossible to hold snug).

Dividers are the easiest to use for sure, though I just replaced the foam in my 1400 after 2 years of service. Even though the foam may get roughed up a bit, it still does its job. A wee touch of contact cement will affix pieces if needed.

I also have a 1600 with dividers (a 1610 then I guess) which is my hold all store at home and take in a vehicle case which I love for this use. Everything but my tripod and monopod is in there ready to go at a moments notice, even if I only need a few things for a day trip I can find them in there quickly.
