This was my first wedding that I have used my 5D and 24 - 70 2.8L and EX550 speedlight, I had a real problem with mixed lighting In the church and a wedding party that was very unorganized and unruly (the bride is 17 and the groom was 19) anyways it was a three location / 10 hour deal, that I am glad is over with, Any C&C is welcome.

I like the first one,

but the second one seems really fuzzy and the mans suit is really blown out and I can see the brides dress is fairly blown out too.

#1- try to position the sun behind the group so they are not all squinting and then use fill flash. But I do like this shot overall.
#2- seems like its the same problem as before, It might be with the compression. This one seems rather pixelated, and fuzzy. I do like how you composed this shot though. And the suit and the dress are still highlighted.

Did you shoot these raw?

I think they're decent. Did you shoot in RAW? Number 2 and 4 need some PP done to them. Specifically, adjust exposure (it's a little underexposed) and contrast.

Also, for outdoors, I suggest putting them either in the shade, or with the sun to their back.

If you shot RAW, you can recover the highlights. But here is a quick B&W edit on one of the photos to show you that a bit of PP can really make the world of a difference:
