Powersot A550 Clips problem

Hi & thanks for this forum, just joined in & to be honest, i have a small problem ;) i have just bought the Canon Powershot A550 camera, i just took two short clips in NTSC & PAL format, i uploaded them to my PC using the canon utilities but upon playing them the clips are displayed entirely in a green color ! Is there some type of setting that i must do in order to watch these clips correctly?

When i view these clips on my camera they both play correctly.

You might need to reload the codecs (coder-decoder files) for them. What application, BTW, were you viewing them with?

If you have an Nvidia card you may need to fiddle with the overlay setting under Colour Correction > Apply Colour Changes to> Dropdown to Overlay. I can't remember what the ATI equivalent is hiding under.
