I like it. Nice shot. I might consider cropping a tiny bit of the foreground, just past the tall grass, but overall I think it looks great. Also, maybe up the saturation and contrast a tad, and burn in the farthest mountains a bit. Nice reflection.

I agree with zippy25 plus the picture seems a bit "blue" to me.

I don't like the shade of blue the sky is. The mountains are a bit hazy. I like the reflections and the lilly pads in the foreground... and I agree about the cropping.
