When I watch my (and others) photos in PBase I can se some of the settings I used when the photo was taken (such as shutter speed). Is there anyway that I can se this settings in Photoshop or any other program?

Any program that shows the EXIF data will do this.
I use ThumbsPlus as a thumbnail and graphics management program along with Photoshop. In ThumbsPlus, the EXIF data appears in the info window when viewing the file thumbnail, or in File, Properties and the Info tab when viewing the image. It also reads the Canon RAW format via a plug-in filter, although the EXIF data is saved separate from the image, at least until they get the filter to save it with the image which is a promised future enhancement.
I find quick & easy access and viewing along with printing from ThumbsPlus with file manipulation primarily with Photoshop.
