question about the 10D Menu setting!

looking at my 10D menu i dont see all the options, for example, i cant see the custom WB, color temp, Parameters, ISO expansion, custom functions, clear settings or sensor clean.

Does anybody know why??

Some of the menu options are available only in the creative zone modes (p. 18 ).
