Snetterton was back to its normal weather patterns for the two day A1 GP test, wet and windy...lovely.
This was one of the first chances to see the new cars with the 520bhp engine which still sounded fantastic.
For these shots i went back to using AF but gave up quickly as my lens is so slow to focus.
Comments welcome

Photographic testing sessions is a good way to get practise in for free. Snett and the other MSV circuits have usually have at least one test day per week where teams are putting all sorts of different cars through their paces. Sometimes an open pit lane, where you could get Touring Cars against single seaters, or sometimes split into sessions so like for like cars can be seen.

Crowds are generally non-existant and entry is often free. You can't go trackside but you have the pick of the best spots from the public areas.

No burger vans, but the canteen is always open for a cup of tea and a hot meal.

Exactly, friday test sessions before big events are always good to attend, and like you said normally free!
Just to note I wasnt happy with any of the shots i took apart from perhaps the first.
