I've been taking pictures of helicopters, which was great, the pictures are sharp but the rotors are static. I've increased the sutter speed and but the body is blurred too. What do I do to get some blur on the rotors but not on the body?

If you want prop blur you need to slow down the shutter speed. Somewhere around 1/125 should do.

I've shot heli's at 1/80 and had good results. It also depends at what RPM they blades are at, too.

I work for a helicopter based EMS service. There are helicopter trade magazines all over the place. You'd be surprised (or not) at the amount of pictures that have frozen rotors. And this is from so-called professionals. Rotor blur is tough on helis...as most of us have found out.
