Came late yesterday afternoon, I wasn't over anxious or anything, but Mr. Brown didn't have to get out of his truck to hand it to me. I took some quick shots with the IS on. All shots are hand held at ISO 200.

This one my wife turned her head just as I pressed the shutter button.

I have an IS lens and really like the feature, so after reading all the positive threads here on the 28-135, it was a choice I could not pass on. My wife uses the camera and always pops her 35-80 on it, but I think she will change after she uses this lens a few times. She was excited when it arrived and found out it has IS.

I just wanted to share my :D over receiving this lens.

Dollar for dollar, one of the best lenses made by Canon...I love mine. the only better value might be the 50 1.8...thats a heck of a lens for the price too.Good luck with your lens.

My 28-135 is my walk arounder. Some of the sharpest images I have are from this lens. I used it to shoot little league portraits last month and they came out wonderfully.
