Paragraphs Run Together

I suppose this is a simple problem, but for some reason the forums do not recognize when I start a new paragraph. As a result, 2 or 3 paragraphs look like one long paragraph with no breaks. (new paragraph) HELP!

Put in two carriage returns instead of one.
