Cars, VWs especially. One problem though, as long as i keep buying lenses etc i wont be able to afford a VW :(

Travel is also up there (which also eats into the funds). Cruising in particular

What time's dinner?

I've noticed a trend in the last 15-20 years where the U.K. is developing a real cuisine. I'm very much in favor of that.

However, what are we going to do with all our English Cooking jokes? Any suggestions for recycling?

Soccer, Soccer, and ...hmmmm, Soccer. That about sums it up. You did say other than photography right. Well yea, thats soccer. I do take pics of that too so I kinda combine them, when I am not coaching, then the wife is taking over my baby and trying her hand at pics. Shes pretty good. I now have to give her a crash course in portrait photography as next weekend she has to do one of my jobs for me. I have been informed today that the fire dept I am trying to get a job at is having their physical agility test next weekend and I have already scheduled portraits at the local veterans center. I did pass the written exam today! Woo Hoo.

Man that sure is a nice looking Cooper you have there. I wanted one chambered for .22-250 Ackley improved but alas I don't have the $1500 bucks spare as all my extra is going to try and keep this business going. I wanted to go full custom, quite a bit more than the stock ones. Whats yours cambered for? Hopefully I can get the fire dept job and then all my photography money can go to other play toys. I would like to get a .50BMG one day. Ahhh, so many toys and so little money and time.

I used to be a regular target shooter and hunter, but I haven't been hunting in several years. I am into martial arts...got my black belt in Tae Kwon Do a few months ago. I also like hiking and camping, which dovetails into my love for outdoor photography. I also work out a lot, but I wouldn't call it a hobby...more a desperate effort to stave off impending middle age. :D

my Kids, 2 boys 3 & 6 ......not that I consider them a hobby but they are by far the most fun of anything I do.

Motocross...(nowhere near as much as I used to)

riding my Harley (Softail Deuce)

reading (legal thrillers,conspiracy,mystery and educational)

internet message boards (what a wealth of info & great people)

exploring abandoned & forgotten places (the majority of my free time is spent walking around abandoned places with a camera, lens & tripod)

music (listening not playing....I like downtempo, ambient, funk, smooth jazz, electronica, blues, classic rock & alternative and more. I have lots and lots of music and I love it all)

my friends (I am fortunate enough to surrounded be some pretty good people)

I used to be big into drag racing. not so much anymore but I do miss it a lot and will get back into it when my kids get a bit older and we can do it as a family.

I have way too many hobbies, now if I could just get my income to catch up.......hahahaha

My other hobby is building killer robots :) Like the older shows Battlebots and Robot Wars.

120lber with a 30lb 4 foot long blade spun at 2,000 rpm
http://www.robotic-hobbies.com/Images/Papercut.JPG

Lately I've been merging my hobbies and getting action shots of fights.

A few photos (http://www.robotic-hobbies.com/bensonpv/robogames%202007/rg07.jpg)

Then of course I build and compete with them:

Weapon Test 30lb Robot (http://www.robotic-hobbies.com/BillyBobTest.wmv)
This robot's blade spins upwards at 9k rpm

My 120lber destroying another robot :) (http://www.robotic-hobbies.com/videos/Mjrpunishmentvspapercut.wmv)

It is fun stuff!

My Jeep took up alot of spare cash until I went digital. I'm looking to incorporate the two one day when I can afford carnage that comes with offroading.

Nice little TJ.

I'm working on a similar combination of off-road and photography. Only I'm paying for my toys now to use them more in retirement (shortly).

I'm running a '05 Rubicon Unlimited.

Not a real fan of the new design

Computers since I'm in IT, Camping, Outdoors, and before my back injury that's forcing major surgery soon, I was bowling part time in the PBA. Now that I had to give up bowling, I'm trying to take up Photography since it's always been something I've been very interested in and have been told that I have a great eye for.

I use photography to chronicle where I've been. We hike and explore just about every weekend. I have a Jeep that takes us just about anywhere I'd want to be:
