Lots of gardens, waterfalls, creek, pond, old rustic buildings, old cars, wagons, and animals....there are ducks, geese, bunnies, even a couple of bummer calves wandering around and the couple wants them in the pics. Maybe I'll make a run out there tomorrow and shoot a few shots of the place.

If your allergies are bad....try coming down here where there is nothing but cedar trees on my property. I was bad for awhile until we got all the rain that kinda squashed the pollen down. The post nasal drip is killing me though...my throat is beginning to hurt now.:(

I think I will take my laptop and show the group a couple of your shots, if that's okay. I think if they can actually see it they will understand better what I'm trying to do. I tried at the last one but they still migrated together and tried to "form a line". It was my fault for not being more instructive, so this time I will touch them, look them in the eye, and say "you, right there, stay, and don't move!":)

Well, it's image stabilized for one. I can handhold 1/3 with it and get a sharp one. It has Digic 3 with face detection, which is super nice for when you get stressed because your P&S won't focus on the right part. It goes up to ISO 1600 (and doesn't look bad!), so you don't have to use the flash all the time. Takes beautiful movies, has a ton of fun modes, and is so lovely and small, you slip it in a pocket and forget about it. It has a nice magnesium body, and even a REAL viewfinder. 2.5" lcd, adjustable ec, nice digital macro that focuses within a couple inches, and more!
