I don't know if that picture would look boring, but I thought it was a pretty good pictures. The sky, the format are nice.

By the way, this was a drift course, so I thought that picturing the tire marks would give it something good.

Good composition, good exposure, and the horizon looks reasonably level.

Interest level is a little low for me.

The white point could be set a little higher - as it is now the whites aren't as white as they could be, and the black point is set correctly - all according to the histogram.

I think I would prefer a square crop, a little less tarmac and more sky (1/3rd tarmac, 2/3rd sky). This would show the perspective more and add some interest.
