Does anybody know any information about this company and are they any good. i am a beginner photographer that would love to get more ideas and help about things. I would take a class at my local community college but the classes are offered during a time that i cant attend because of work and NYI i can do my work at my own time.

any suggestions about other schools or ideas??

Thank you,

Jeff

I've been to thier gallery..........They show AMAZING photographers (i.e. Helmut Newton, James Nachtaway - two photographers whose work they've shown).

In any case.........they do offer courses.............I was planning to take some but it ended up costing around 600-700 USD for non-members.

For that money, I ended up buying the 70-200 f4 L and continued learning from these boards.

to some of the local collge students I work with. Honestly, I think if you work on your own, work with your composing, study your manuals, study lighting in magazines and catalogs, you'll do just as good learning and spend a whole lot less money. They aren't an accredited school either, I think.

I took some of their film courses, years ago. If you want to get to know the basics, from step one, get critiqued etc. . . it's a good place to go to for the training. It's all correspondence, move at your own pace. Very reputable.
