i remember when my step mom bought me NKOTB night gowns. i almost died of embarrassment. i was a kid raised on rock and roll, and slimy punk, and goth 80's music. when she rolled that one out i flipped out on her, and cried. i think i was 7 years old. i was so angry at her, and she made me wear it on my birthday with all of my cousins there. and she told them all to buy me NKOTB stuff. eerrr. i dr. phil

I just finally saw Borat last night,..
It's not on my list here as I can't say I really enjoyed it much.. but I can easily see it making this list for many.
I just have a very hard time grasping such mean spirited humor ? (including "Da Ali G show")
But what I will admit to,... VERY squeemishly, was my total shock and side splitting, horror inspired laughter during the "naked fight scene"
No matter how hard a time I have trying to grasp the appeal of his humor, I have to hand it to Sacha Baron Cohen that he is VERY devoted to his art.
His discipline is unparalleled since "Father Guido Sarducci" or Andy Kaufman,. he actually seems to take it a bit further than either of his predecessors,.. and to film that naked fight scene.. oh man? what dedication!

he is a comedic genius. He did something no one has ever really done before.
^^^^^^yea, what made the movie all the more hilarious was the mass hysteria int he thearter. I saw it the night it came out and the theater was packed. Everyone was just cracking up. I couldnt breath through the entire movie. The second time it wasnt as funny but still.

What about Eight Below? Paul Walker isn't the greatest actor, but those dogs are awesome!

I regret that I did not see it in a crowded theatre, totally different experience I am sure!

hmm.. Borat huh?..I heard icky things about it.. but, maybe it's worth watching?..
Other movies I love..
It Happened One Night, the walls of Jericho!! one of the best movie moments of all time.. Not to mention Clark Gable..
Guess Who's Coming to Dinner, what can I say? you laugh you cry it's such a great love story, civil rights movie was very progressive for it's time..
Imitation of Life, Sarah Jane running after her mothers coffin I cry. Seen it atleast twenty times and I still cry.
Hatari, John Wayne. Wild animals in Africa adopting baby elephants, getting attacked by Rhinos..
there are more, lots more I know i've seen good movies that have been made in the last ten years hell if I can really remember them though..
I do like The Little Mermaid, Mulan, Sleeping Beauty, the Lady and the Tramp, Old Yeller, Swiss Family Robinson.. Oh and the Harry Potter movies.
