Honestly...
I do not care for it... The background is distracting. The Filter applied does not help the subject... IMHO

Some grunge textures and urban vectors/brushes would help a bit. Especially to help cover the barn on the back right IMO.
You could get a load of free textures at Mayang free texture library.

My first car was an 85' Prelude. It took a beating and still ran past 220,000 miles! I was so jealous of 4th generation Preludes with VTech...:D

I see what you're going for, but I'd personally like to see the rear of the car pop some more, kinda punch it out of the flatness of the background.

There's some sharp edges between the colors but that might be intentional. It looks severely over processed imo but that's subjective and some people may like it.
I think the area that you blur needs some work. For example, parts of the right side of the car is blurred but the bush on the left of the car looks sharp.
