All EF lenses are OK with the 10D.
You will need the QDA-CAF Flash Module for Canon EOS Auto Focus base module for the flash.

I don't know anything about the flash, but all of the Canon EF lenses are compatible with the 10D. It seems like all the ones you mention are Canon lenses, correct?
Have Fun,

Careful now Timmy!...... dangerously wrong advice!  :D
Only the EX range of flashguns will work on DSLRs such as D30, D60, 10D and 300D. Something to do with the E-TTL system and pre-flash etc. Have a look at 420ex and 550ex.
All the EF lenses are ok (not the EF-s 300d kit lens on the 10D though).
Have fun with your new camera!

EF is AOK. That's the CANON claim. I am just trying to get a reality check. Thanks.
