I was shooting fireworks last night using the 10D on manual with bulb and a remote shutter release. It worked well except there's no exif data in either the raw or jpeg images. Anyone else experience this?

Where or how are you looking for EXIF data?

Exifer shows "No Data" and in C1 all I get is the lens used and 1 sec. exposure time, regardless of the actual exposure.

Here's a novel idea. Try using the Canon software.

The File Viewer utilty shows the correct data. I'm just curious as to why exif data shows up in Exifer and C1 on every shot I've ever taken except when using the bulb setting.

Probably a glitch in the Exifer software. Obviously the information is there, it just doesn't know how to deal with it...

Which brings us back to the point I tried to make the other day. Welcome to the world of inconsistent EXIF data presentation.

IvyMike,
Make a post in the C1 Forums (http://www.pictureflow.com/forum/index.php?).
Version 3.5 is known to have quite a few "quirks".
If you post the problem there, they might fix it in the next release.
