Very sharp shots! My chicken strips are about the same place as yours.

Nice shots!

Dont listen to these guys. Your chicken strips will come off when you are ready. Learn to ride smooth and speed and lean angles will come. I have seen to many people go down riding harder than they know how.

Beautiful shots, what were you shooting and lens?

XTi with a 70-200 f2.8L on. I just got the lens so I thought I'd try it out....the quality of the pics is truly amazing to me at a higher res. It wasnt the best of lighting conditions so i had to crank the iso up a bit....but take a look at the detail in a higher res version and tell me what you think:

1, 2 and 4 are rock solid. Look right out of a Yamaha brochure, well done.

I know most of you are proably teasing him.

I ride a 600RR. About to become a dedicated track bike. The streets are to dangerous.

You guys talking about chicken strips cracked me up. That was the first thing that I looked at when I looked at the pictures too. :-) Those are not even chicken strips though (on the suzuki). If you go any further than that on the street, you're going to low side. I'll shut up about riding now...

Nice composition! I like the backdrop a lot. All of them are beautiful bikes too. I can't keep mine that clean. Lol

I'm sure you've done the research, but I thought I would shed some light on the subject anyway... It is wayyy cheaper to find a used race bike that is all set up than it is to convert your street bike in to a race bike. Unless, you are just going to putt around on track days with NESBA or something. Making a competitive race bike has cost me loads! I'm on my second one and this one has cost me almost 10 grand to get fully adjustable suspension, some motor work, exhaust, various other odds and ends, nothing out of the ordinary for a race bike and I am only a yellow plate racer. You can buy one that's already done up nicely for around 6 grand. Just an idea. I've spent way too much money on my bike.

Ya i dont think i want to lean it over much more on the street....the front tire looks to have some chicken strips i guess, but if you look at the rear there is very little i havnent been on, most of the chicken strip part there just 'doesnt get ridden on much'

As for the background, we just took a nice ride to lake tahoe, ca. Only about 30mn ride from Reno. Thanks again for all the comments guys!

Nice....Pretty good turnout for being a first time event. Did you do the SBF ride from Sac or did you just go to the show? I was with all of the guys from West coast connection on Sat and Sunday. Im still going through all my pics.
