Here are two more pics. I did figure that a couple others I had were juvenile common yellowthroats (with help from another post I had here).
How about these?

I thought this might be another juvie common yellowthroat, but the beak looks quite a bit different (may be angle...)

Hmmmm, if it didn't have a brown head I'd go for Pine Warbler but I don't think that's right, sorry man.
