What is the best way to reduce noise I have in an image already? Program? Thanks guys!

I use Noise Ninja.

How does it work? Simple as, just open image and choose the level of intensity?

Noise Ninja here as well.
I use it in Photoshop as a plugin.
I dowloaded noise profiles for my particular body for each ISO level and they usually work well.
