I take it that its a fountain?

The lines of the wall currently lead the eye into the picture but there's no subject other than the abstract of the wall and the stones.

Perhaps a slightly lower angle of the camera and the lines of the wall leading the eye into a fountain that is gushing water?

The colours looked pretty washed out. Perhaps try the same at a different time of day when the light is different.

Also it would be nice if you could manage to get a shot without that green (pump?) in the top left - I found it quite distracting.
Perhaps you could try standing to the right of the waterway and then the pump (?) would be hidden by the central piller.
