The original (and best in my opinion) Audi RS4. I borrowed this car for 4 nights, 2 of which were spent cleaning (or detailing if you prefer that wording) and the other 2 calling people for help with driving duties (which nobody could help out with driving me along in their boot) and trying to hunt down locations to no avail.

I'm truly annoyed with myself for getting such lame photo's, I was just lacking time, inspiration and creativity. The good news is I'm allowed to borrow it whenever I like so when I find a good place to shoot and the rig is finally built (I know statics are much harder), I'll be sure to post some better shots.

I need some C&C please, it's always good to hear what others think, and what they may have done differently.

1. My fav of the bunch.

2. I managed to persuade a friend to drive (didn't take a lot of persuasion!), but the light was falling quickly and ended up with this being the best shot.

3. How many times have you seen this idea then, maybe a thousand times on this forum alone I'd say! Didn't turn out quite how I had hoped.

4. To busy?

5. Interesting location. I think with a bit of PP this could be quite good, feel free to have a play!:D

6. To much DOF?

Nice work. I like #5 best as well - there's just something about those red rings! ;-) Ummmm, I mean that red car!

Love RS4 wagons! Really digging number 5!

These look pretty good! The reflections on 1, 4, and 5 are a bit distracting, and the car looks like it's experiencing some SERIOUS understeer in 2. :) I love the location in 5, though... looks like it definitely has some great potential.

I REALLY like this shot, but the white pole was bothering the hell out of me. Hope you don't mind

Don't mind at all, I did try and clone it out but I was left with some shadow missing.

Know what you mean about the reflections, number 1's reflections didn't bother me that much as they are even, as for the others they are a pain in the ring and my Photoshop skills are less than to be desired so I left them well alone.

As for the understeer he was only travelling at about 10mph and took the wrong line, I told him off afterwards :D

2 days spent detailing and 2 days spent getting other people to drive it?!?!?!?!
I would've spent 4 days DRIVING IT!!!!

Oh and the pics are not as bad as you say, they're alright by me. I think a polariser might have helped cut down on the glass reflection though. :)

Hi Dean

I did a double take when I saw your shots on here :), and not on "Other Marques" ;). Nicely shot as always and good choice of locations.

Don't mind at all, I did try and clone it out but I was left with some shadow missing. Then turn on "Image editing OK" in your user prefs.

Hi Dean

New year greeting to you :).

I like them both Dean, the only slight thing in shot #2 my eye is drawn to the shadow of the drivers ear, but I'm guessing that where the second flash would have filled if it had fired.
