S20 E18 Error - Need a repair manual

I got E18 error in my S20. According users opinion, something is wrong with lens gear. Error occured after download pictures to PC via USB cable. Does someone have a repair manual, or other repairing instructions?

Unfortunately, Canon does not release their repair manuals to the general public. If I were you, I would send the camera in for repair:

I believe the charge is about $150. If you're outside of the U.S., go to http://www.canon.com to find the repair center in your area.
