The thing that escapes me here is the message. I don't feel it coming through.

The colors are very nice, and the composition is reasonably good, but things just don't connect up for me.

There are bound to be some who would suggest cloning out the wires, but I say that doesn't matter - in fact it helps the composition.

I agree, technically, its perfect. But I see two subjects. The boot and the building. There seems to be another shop to the left that has a cowboy hat on it, perhaps a clothing store that specializes in cowboy apparel?

Don't you think it shows a changing neighborhood? All the info is there its just not knocking you over the head.

And I do agree with Robert about the power lines. I think they're an important design element.
