New Body for the 300d in japan??usa gonna receive this???

There is a new All black body out now in japan ,and was wondering if anybody knows if it will be coming out in the US?

Japan version=EOS KISS
US version=300D

as far as I knoe it's only for japan.

btw 300D is european "version", Digital Rebel is the US name

The black model is not new, it has been available in Japan for some time already. You can see it on Canon's Japanese site (http://cweb.canon.jp/camera/kissd/index.html). The camera is called "EOS Kiss Digital" in Japan, "EOS Digital Rebel" in the USA and "EOS 300D" in the rest of the world.

There have been rumours that Canon will also sell the black Digital Rebel in the USA, but they are only rumours, as far as I know.
