Why the locals call it Slowvannah

Savannah, GA is known as "The Jewel of the South." A wonderful place to visit and photograph. All photos taken with my Canon Powershot 550.

Great shots, Savannah is an amazing place. There are a lot of really nice places to shoot.

I've got to go back there. We were there for our honeymoon in 1994 and wasn't really "into" photography then, other than the common snapshots. It's great to see these. We stayed on Reynolds Square at the Planters Inn. A block off River Street :-) That's an awesome Old South city.
