D60 Shutter service

I am getting close to 25,000 pictures taken with my Canon D60. I have read and have been told that after that amount of frames that it is wise to get your camera - i.e. shutter serviced. Has anyone done this - or know of any other important info.

canon says 30.000 is normal life time but i've seen a lot of D60 shutters go over 60.000 or even 70.000! it's just a matter of good luck.

i would use it until it stops :wink:
