"Go"
As in, "go shoot some photographs."
Sample: "I'm going to get my butt off the internet and go shoot some photographs."

do you mean as in "i'll give it a go" or "it's your go"?
it's an english term which americans seem to find very amusing.
translation: "i'll give it a try" "It's your turn"

Or maybe it's five as in "ichi, ni, san, shi, GO".
Or maybe you're referring to that Japanese board game that you play with black and white, round pieces.
Give us a little more hint, as in what context the "go" you're talking about, is used. :)

GO -
Its what you do when the light turns green
It is part of a phrase that describes your destination - for example, if you are going to a store and it is lower in elevation than your present position, then you describe your trip as "I want to go down to the store". Conversely, if the destination is higher in elevation, we use "I want to go up to the post office".
Its the long skinny pedal on the floor of the car, generally to be depressed by the right foot - the "go pedal"
Its the button on the righthand side of the camera, lying just under your right index finger - the "go button" (sometimes known as the "shutter release" button).
Now, GO take some pictures! :D

It is the pedal in a golf cart that says "go" and makes you go.
Now go play golf
Go take pictures
Go to the store
Go to B&H in NYC

Hmm... quiz on Friday.
I'll give it a go.
"Go" is also used as a sentance, loosely translated to "Oh good Lord, will you at least MOVE? I am waiting here (behind you) and I'm growing old."
