ok..is it just me or does everyone crack up at dance receptions?? I was scrolling through some of the images from a previous wedding and was laughing so much at some of them.

I had so many funny ones from the last wedding I did that I took them all and made them into an "outtakes" slideshow. I posted the slideshow on my website for the bride and groom to see and they loved it. In fact, the bride's mom actually bought a copy of it from me. Sometimes I go back and look at it just to give myself a laugh!

Something I noticed when I was doing wedding photography was that wedding reception venues were never designed with photography in mind. The ones I used to hate the most were the halls with mirrors on all the walls.

Friday's wedding was full of hilarious people. The bouquet toss and especially the garter toss and what happens after was a riot. The guy who caught the garter was quite silly (and a bit drunk) and he gave such a show putting on the garter to the bridesmaid who caught the bouquet.

This was the bridesmaid's reaction after the DJ announced that the groomsmen was to pull the garter up until the groom says stop. (groom's in the vest)
