3 filters... what to choose?

What are the most common filters that are usually used? I don't really know what I need.

I figure I need a pol or cpol for rebel...
I want an IR filter
And some ND filters.... maybe one strong ND for falls and such and one graduated for sunsets/sunrises...

What are the other "popular" ones?
